It's amazing how that's possible in a small room with just over a 100 people. But, it sounds like I can make amends in 2011--I (newbie too) plan on doing it again. I had the pleasure of an short elevator ride and quick walk over to Morton's with Glenda and that's all it takes to get how amazing she is. We chatted, I watched her take picture, get where she needed to go, and the whole time she lent me her infectious smile. Sorry I missed you Ben.
