The beauty of writing online in the Web 2.0 world is that authors don&#039;t necessarily have to be experts on their subject matter, but they must learn to provoke readers with thoughtful statements/questions that elicit response and conversation. That&#039;s an advantage  that physically printed materials are not afforded.</description>
